Cannabis (/ˈkænəbɪs/) is a genus of flowering plants in the family Cannabaceae, and most of the cannabis we know today is considered to be the species of Cannabis Sativa. The species can be subdivided by its THC content as hemp, if it has no more than 0.3% THC (∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol) by dry weight, or marijuana, if it has more than 0.3% THC. All Old Crow products adhere to this standard. Some of our products to contain more than 0.3% ∆8-tetrahydrocannabinol by dry weight.
